Grace Point collects the monthly strata fees and other applicable fees such as for parking, move-in, special assessments or fines. Grace Point offers pre-authorized electronic transfer as a convenient method of payment.
Grace Point administers the banking and financial records of the Strata Corporation. Surplus funds may be invested at the discretion of the Strata Council within limits defined by the Strata Property Act.
Grace Point works closely with the strata council to develop a detailed and realistic annual budget. During the year our monthly reporting includes an income statement and balance sheet complete with year to date tracking of actual to budgeted costs.
Grace Point applies historical and industry trends data to develop an annual maintenance and operations plan. In addition, Grace Point obtains proposals for an effective, affordable Depreciation Report to facilitate long-term planning.
